What it do!

Welcome to PYC Sacramento's page dedicated to our 2006 retreat, MATAAS (Minds Actuated Towards Activism And Self). To those of you that attended knows how super-hyphy, dope-aliciously fresh the weekend was, so this is the place to download all the memories! Yeah. I was hella bored. And I'm super procrastinating from homework, and I hella miss all you beautiful people and your positive vibes. Anywho, hope you all enjoy!

I apologize to everyone at the retreat because I did not have time to write any "warm and fuzzies" to anyone. So, how about... I make this website (and a slideshow) for you, and let's call it even? =)

Mister Award Slip Reveal (.mov, 11.5 MB)
When correctly deciphered, this translates to "surprise slideshow." Just a simple slideshow of pictures from the retreat over (what seemed like) the hyphy theme song of the weekend, E-40 & Keak Da Sneak's "Tell Me When to Go."

Dane and Alex (.mpg, 27.7 MB)
Did anyone else notice that Dane San Pedro and Alex Castro are voice twins? Yes, that means that they sound the same. And they laugh the same. Watch my attempts to get them to show it.

Mike Rides the Train (.mpg, 7.6 MB)
Our favorite Spam-head is doin' it old school, riding the "Train," made popular by the Quad City DJs. Yeah, you thought no one would see you dancing in the hallway. But alas, here you are online.

This is a public photo album, and I want everyone to contribute to it! The user name is "pycretreat2006" and the password is "ug0tate". Please be respectful of the public space (don't post any random stuff, only pictures from the retreat), and please don't delete anyone else's uploaded pictures! Thanks!
